YOUR BRAND.
THEIR CAMPUS.

We help brands plan and manage college campus marketing through paid student ambassadors, campus events, and student-created content. Tell us who you want to reach and what you want them to do next.

Discuss your campus campaign ↗INITIAL FOCUS: NAU / FLAGSTAFF
Now discussing founding pilots.Campus marketing is a new LookYield offering. The first campaign will start with an agreed scope, funded student roles, and confirmed activity permissions. LookYield is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NAU.

SMALL START.
CLEAR PURPOSE.

THE STARTING POINT / A CAMPUS PILOT

One possible starting point: one campus, six weeks, two paid student ambassadors, and one agreed campaign objective. The first focus is Flagstaff, subject to recruiting and activity permissions.

AN EXAMPLE PILOT

  • One campaign brief and student offer.
  • Recruiting and onboarding for two paid student roles, up to 20 hours each across the pilot.
  • Two small outreach or sampling sessions, up to two hours each, where permitted.
  • Four student-created content pieces in total, with one consolidated revision round.
  • One campaign landing page, up to five sections, using client-approved copy and assets.
  • Weekly progress notes and a final report within five business days of the pilot ending.

Weeks 1–2: plan, permissions, recruiting, and approvals. Weeks 3–5: run the campaign. Week 6: close delivery and review.

Every campaign starts with a conversation. We build a proposal around your goals, audience, campus, timeline, and available budget. Scope, pricing, student compensation, and payment terms are discussed and agreed together before work begins.

Your proposal will clarify what is included, any additional expenses, content usage rights, and the approval process. This pilot is an example of how a campaign could be structured; the final plan is tailored to your brand. Additional campuses can be considered after the first review.

THE PROGRAM.
THOUGHT THROUGH.

Build a scope around the parts your team needs help running:

  • Strategy: audience, student offer, campaign concept, and a practical activity plan.
  • Student team: recruiting, screening, onboarding, briefs, and weekly coordination.
  • Creative execution: approved student content, outreach, and activations where permitted.
  • A place to act: a campaign landing page, clear offer, and trackable links where useful.
  • Reporting: completed deliverables, agreed outcome measures, spending, and recommendations.

Student compensation, activation costs, product shipping, content usage rights, and management fees are specified in the proposal. Student roles begin only after campaign funding and terms are agreed.

ATTENTION.
THEN WHAT?

A photo of an event shows it happened. It doesn’t tell the whole story. Before launch, we’ll agree what a useful outcome means for your brand and what can realistically be tracked.

  • Use campaign-specific links or codes where the client’s systems support them.
  • Separate activity, interest, signups, and purchases in reporting.
  • Review content and activity evidence against the brief.
  • Finish with what to repeat, change, or stop.

Sales and acquisition costs cannot be guaranteed. Student feedback can inform the next campaign; it is not presented as representative campus research unless the study design supports that claim.

YOUR BRAND.
A STUDENT CONNECTION.

Student ambassadors introduce your brand through outreach, content, and approved activities. LookYield helps organize the people and campaign around a shared brief, so your team has one point of contact for planning, coordination, and reporting.

Who is this service for?

Brands, startups, and local businesses looking to reach college students. We discuss the product, audience fit, timing, and budget before proposing a campaign. This page is for prospective brand clients; it is not an application for a student role.

Can you help manage an ambassador program?

Yes. A proposal can cover student recruitment, screening, onboarding, campaign briefs, coordination, and reporting. The team size, paid hours, responsibilities, and funding are agreed before recruiting starts.

Does every campaign need an event?

No. The right mix may involve student-created content, personal outreach, product sampling, a permitted event, or a campaign landing page. We choose activities around your objective and the available resources.

Where can the first campaign run?

Our initial focus is NAU and the Flagstaff student community. Recruiting, locations, and activity permissions must be confirmed. We discuss other locations individually, without assuming an existing national ambassador network.

How do we get a proposal?

Share your brand, target students, goal, and preferred timing through our contact form. We’ll discuss feasibility and agree the scope, pricing, student compensation, and reporting in an individual proposal.

LET’S BUILD
THE FIRST BRIEF.

  1. Tell us the goal. Share your product, target students, timing, and available budget.
  2. Review a scoped proposal. Agree the activities, student roles, approvals, costs, and reporting.
  3. Prepare and run. Confirm access and logistics, recruit the team, approve the creative, and coordinate delivery.
  4. Review the evidence. Use the results to decide whether and how to continue.
